BCCA

Complexity explained simply

BCCA

All players in the construction industry can call on BCCA for certificates, quality frameworks, training programmes and technical approvals. The non-profit association boasts extensive technical expertise in these areas and is more than happy to share it. This often involves complex subject matter. So how to make this complexity accessible? We did this amongst others by developing two microsites with a user-friendly structure in plain language.

Quality label ‘Sustainable Joinery’

BCCA developed a new quality label that focuses on sustainable joinery. Efficient project management enabled Cypres to quickly build an easily accessible, bilingual microsite [in Dutch and French] aimed at convincing joiners to obtain this quality label.

The site briefly but clearly illustrates the benefits, explains the procedure and motivates joiners to enrol in the training programme. Moreover, a generous supply of POS material enabled certified joiners to showcase their newly obtained quality label to customers.

Sensible ventilation

As an installer how do you guarantee the quality of ventilation installations in residential buildings? Or what do you have to look for as a potential builder or renovator? BCCA’s ‘quality framework ventilation’ has all the answers. The non-profit association has built a wealth of expertise but in the past all of this information was scattered throughout the organisation. The challenge was to make this huge body of information available in a central location in a manner both geared to professionals and private individuals.

For this purpose Cypres created a microsite [only in Dutch] in the BCCA house style and made all of the information widely and structurally accessible. In addition we also included a link to an extra platform for professional users to give them access to specific information and personalised files in a central location.
